Once we have confirmed your order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched.
If your order is under 2kg and confirmed and paid for before 2.00pm Monday to Thursday then they are normally dispatched that day.Orders over 2kg confirmed and paid for by 12.00pm will normally be dispatched that day. Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are normally delivered the following Monday.
We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but we aim for delivery within 24 hours anytime between the hours of 8.00am and 7.30pm.
Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent via 1st Class Recorded Post. Parcels over 2 Kilograms and those of higher value are sent via overnight courier, for which a signature is usually required on receipt.
Not at Home: Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave an attempted delivery notice.
Shipping Charges: All orders over £35 to a UK mainland address are delivered FREE.
If order total is £35 or under then a £3.50p charge is added
Cancellation should you cancel prior to your products being dispatched, a full refund will be credited. If you cancel once your goods are in transit, a refund will be issued less the delivery fee incurred by us. Items shown as free delivery will incur the actual delivery fee associated with delivering that item
Returns: No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation.
You must contact us first and request a returns authorisation number and returns address.
Failure to return with the correct authorisation number or if you return to an unauthorised address, we shall not pass credit.
Full credit or replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. All claims must be made in writing.
Cancelled Orders - If you cancel an order then you must return the goods at your expense.
If you fail to return the goods or you return them at our expense, then we will charge you the direct cost of the return even if you have been refunded.
These cancellation rights end seven days after the day you received the goods.
Always ensure returned goods are posted by at least Royal Mail "reordered delivery" and record POD.
We will not be held liable for goods lost in transit.
We make every effort to ship the correct parts to our customers. We double check each order when it is entered into our computer by comparing that model/Part number and the description you have given us against the description for that model/part number in the system. We are not a representative of any motorcycle manufacturer and the parts we sell are not necessarily recommended by any motorcycle manufacturer.

When you place an order with us,you are making an offer to buy goods at the stated price on that day. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have recieved your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake,we will advise you of this asap.There will be on contract in place unless you accept the new terms.
Our right to refuse your order

The goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your account as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obligated to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered
Warranty All goods are only guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Claims evaluation will be made in a just and prompt manner by the manufacturer.
All implied warranties, including, but not limited to implied warranties of the fitness and merchantability, are limited in duration to a period ending one year from the date of purchase.
Due to conditions beyond our control, chrome cannot be guaranteed after it is placed in service
